In the 26th Velvi discourse (2015), Gurumahan clarifies on how to meditate on the eyebrow center.

The center of the eyebrows is the place where we think. That is why, when we are asked to think about something, we close our eyes. But we do not know exactly where we are thinking.

The place of thinking is the sixth sense, the intellect. Focus your mind on this place.

Now, when told to "look at the eyebrow center, look at the eyebrow center," what does everyone do? Everyone tries to look at that eyebrow center with their physical eyes.

Looking at the eyebrow center is not about looking with your physical eyes.

Then what should you look with? Look with your mind; focus your awareness there. That is why this eye is called the eye of intellect, the eye of wisdom, the third eye.

If something bites us here (on a visible part of our body), we immediately look at it.

But if something bites us on our back, how do we look at it? Can we turn around and see it? No, we cannot. Then what do we use to look?

We look with our mind. We perceive with our mind that something is there. In the same way, look at this eyebrow center with your mind.

We need solutions to all problems, to every individual's problems. There must be a solution for everything. A solution for debt problems, is there one or not? There certainly is. Because whatever we need, this Universe is ready to give us. We just have to ask. That is why it is said, "Knock and it shall be opened, ask and it shall be given." But shouldn't we know where to ask? Where should we ask? That is why, ask within your mind.
