• Inhale deeply, slowly, and peacefully. Exhale with full awareness.

• Breathe deeply into the lower abdomen, allowing the belly to rise and fall naturally.

• Release the breath completely, letting the body soften and relax.

• Repeat this deep, steady breathing with calm attention.

• Bring awareness to the heart center and breathe deeply into the chest.

• Shift awareness to the throat center and continue slow, conscious breathing.

• Through abdominal breathing, release physical tension, tightness, and strain from the body.

• Through heart-centered breathing, dissolve emotional burden, mental stress, and inner heaviness.

• Through throat-centered breathing, clear confusion, doubt, and mental disturbance from the intellect.

• Take another deep, slow, conscious breath.

• Gently move inward beyond bodily awareness.

• Go beyond the movements of the mind.

• Go beyond thought, intellect, and inner noise.

• Enter profound stillness and deeper consciousness.

• Transcend the three layers of body, mind, and intellect.

• Rest in the higher state of pure inner awareness.

• Absorb yourself in the vibration of Om.

• Realize the Light beyond waking, dream, and sleep.

• Move beyond the Light into the subtle realm of inner Sound.

• Go beyond even Sound into the silent darkness of the Primordial Origin.

• Contemplate that this Origin alone became all creation, life, growth, and dissolution.

• Rest in that eternal source from which all arises and into which all returns.
