Santhosam Podcast: Guiding Light of Spiritual Wisdom

The Holy Penance for Universal Wellbeing is the Wisdom/Spiritual Revolution of the 21st Century | பிரபஞ்ச நல மகா தவ வேள்வி – 21ஆம் நூற்றாண்டின் ஞானப் புரட்சி

Santhosam Season 8 Episode 3

Gurumahan, in the 8th Velvi, emphasizes that the dawn of Sathya Yuga in the 21st century is possible through self-transformation by shedding all unnecessary traits and constantly reminding oneself, “I am the Atma, filled with divine light.”

This is the time when the words spoken long ago, “The whole world is one family; all people are our kin” shall be fulfilled in truth. These words arose from this very land. They originated from Tamil Nadu in the southern region, from what is referred to as the Lemurian continent. This is the period when all the ancient wisdom traditions of Tamil Nadu shall be put into practice.
Therefore, what should we do for having been born in Tamil Nadu? We should feel proud. We should feel proud to have been born in Bharat. We should feel proud to have been born on this earthly realm. There is no use in constantly speaking about what is lacking. What is it that we do not have? We have everything. When we are content with what we already have, the mind will not even arise to dwell upon what is lacking.
Therefore, let us be content with what is. From now on, let us create a world where everyone attains everything and lives in joy and fulfillment. For that, first comes thought, then word, and then action. Thus, this spiritual discipline (tapas) is meant to strengthen the power of thought and to create inner unity of mind. Through tapas, the scattered thoughts are brought together and unified.
The velocity of these thought-waves is not limited to this region alone; they rise beyond the Earth and then descend back upon it. That is why this Velvi (Holy Penance) is a collective endeavor, performed by all together. It is a Velvi that brings about a revolution of wisdom and truth. Hence, this Velvi is not for a single individual; it is a Velvi that transforms an entire yuga.
Therefore, in this Velvi, let all of us unite. Yajna means offering something in sacrifice. What should be offered? You who have become divine beings, you who have become goddesses offer into the sacrificial fire all unnecessary and negative qualities, not just one or two, but every unnecessary trait. Each day, when you enter the Velvi with MeiUnarvu, “I am Atma, a soul endowed with pure light and MeiUnarvu,” within a short time you will transcend the physical body, go beyond the mind, go beyond the intellect, and experience an upward movement of consciousness.
Thus, this Yajna has been established for the welfare of the world and for world peace, to become a revolutionary movement that creates the Sathya Yuga in the 21st century. Especially mothers while carrying out your household duties, perform them with MeiUnarvu. The tapas performed in the early morning yields immense benefit, particularly in this most auspicious of months, Margazhi.
From today, the first day of Margazhi, begin your work as divine service. May all attain everything and live in joy. May all of you enjoy good physical health, mental strength, clarity of intellect, and growth in prosperity. May abundance flourish in your work and professions you undertake, and may you live with happiness and fulfillment alongside your families.
