After Kundalini Awakening, When Does Life Actually transform?குண்டலினி தீட்சை மூலம் பெற்ற மெய்உணர்வு, நம் வாழ்க்கையில் எப்போது செயல்படத் தொடங்குகிறது? - 7th வேள்வி(1997)

Santhosam Season 7 Episode 7

In the 7th Velvi discourse (1997), Gurumahan explains that when one firmly abides in the Mei-Uarvu awakened through Kundalini initiation, it slowly matures into a Kalpa Vriksha—a wish-fulfilling tree that naturally bestows every grace and boon.

Among all arts, the foremost art praised by all sages is this Brahma Vidya. If we hold on to this Brahma Vidya, if we firmly embrace it, everything will come to us naturally. That is why one of our disciples would say, “I do not know calculations at all; I never keep accounts or figures in my mind. Yet why does abundance come to me?” The reason is this, through the disciplined practice of meditation.
In the same way, another disciple also possessed many noble powers. Though those powers existed within him, they remained dormant. What happens through meditation? They manifest outwardly. Why do I speak to you about this divine nature? Because it has been realized through meditation alone. Therefore, meditation reveals to us the divine nature within us and the powers that already reside in us.
That is why ability itself is our true wealth. Each person’s abilities manifests during the Holy Penance. In ancient times, there were innumerable hardships. We have not suffered the hardships that Paranjothi Gnanavallal endured, but he went through immense difficulties. Only after 21 years of various disciplines and practices did they systematize and offer this Kundalini path.
At the first stage, initiation was given while sitting in Malasana. Even while giving  the third stage of Sahasrara initiation, the state of purification, the person who received initiation should shave their heads at night and give initiation head to head. Countless methods were followed to ensure that this state of awareness did not waver.
In our own early days too, we had to make many efforts to hold on to MeiUnarvu, the divine vibration. Why? Because while living amid worldly surroundings, there are many distractions. MeiUnarvu feels stable while one remains in ashram (Thirumoorththi Hills), but once one moves away, it begins to falter. The reason is the surrounding environment. Therefore, by remembering, “From anywhere, grace shall descend,” we must cling to the Divine.
In those days, to ensure that MeiUnarvu was not lost, they would not even wash their foreheads while washing their faces. For if that spot were touched, the awareness would slip away somewhere else. The reason for such practices was that complete devotion to divine awareness had not yet blossomed.
After attaining MeiUnarvu, that alone must be held onto. Because we lack intense yearning for the divine, it does not remain steady. A child is visible to the eyes and we hold the child dearly; when it leaves us, we are unable to bear the separation. But this Divine vibration (MeiUnarvu) is beyond the senses and invisible to the eyes; therefore, holding on to it is more difficult.
Even after grasping MeiUnarvu, it does not immediately grant experiences. Gradually, that awareness transforms into wisdom, and that wisdom becomes a Kalpavriksha, a Kamadhenu, a wish-fulfilling source, through which everything one thinks of is granted. Whatever a person thinks while seated beneath the Kalpavriksha will surely come to him.
