Santhosam Podcast: Guiding Light of Spiritual Wisdom

When can we truly become the master of our mind?நம் மனதை எப்பொழுது நம் கட்டுப்பாட்டிற்குள் கொண்டுவர முடியும்?

Santhosam Season 3 Episode 9

Psychosomatic disorders arise when emotional disturbances affect both the mind and the body. The true remedy lies in quieting the mind. Just as we instinctively close our eyes when dust enters them, we must learn to withdraw the senses to experience the inner peace that lies beyond them. That state of bliss does not belong to any single individual—just as rain falls equally on all, this happiness is meant for the whole human race. It is one of God’s greatest gifts.
But instead of turning inward, we allow the mind to run outward through the senses. We can close our eyes, ears, and mouth, but if we close the nose, life itself stops. This points to the state beyond mind—the “no‑mind” state. What is this mind that pulls us in every direction? Many people live simply following wherever their eyes and thoughts wander. The mind should serve us, yet we often become servants to its desires.
I am showing you this mind because so many never attempt to master it. When we cultivate noble and divine thoughts, we purify ourselves. Then this very earth becomes like heaven—filled with wisdom, harmony, and light.
