When Wisdom and Politics Unite: The Message from the 21-Day Penance | 21 நாள் தவ வேள்வியின் பயன்: ஞானமும் அரசியலும் ஏன் ஒருங்கிணைய வேண்டும்??
During the penance, at one night there was rain in Bhavani in this Margazhi month (December – January), without disturbing anyone. However, when we asked people from other districts, they reported no rain.
"Even if there is just one good-hearted individual, rain will fall upon everyone for that one soul." This incident serves as a perfect illustration of that saying.
No Parama Purusha (Holy Guru) will declare themselves an incarnation. Each of you present here is an incarnation, but because you have not yet realized the Self, you remain seated below. I have realized my Self and I am seated above.
Take my hand and march towards the higher Self. I am constantly striving to uplift your souls. We do not seek any special treatment in return. I have no desire for luxurious clothing, gourmet food, praise, or physical comfort.
The 21-day penance is not solely for the living beings on Earth. The Earth is merely a small sphere; there are numerous habitable planets across various solar systems, akin to the tiny seeds of a fig. There are multiple universes. We mistakenly believe that Earth is the only livable planet and claim ownership of land, creating divisions among ourselves. This mindset of "I will live here, you should live there" is repugnant. When will people’s minds become pure? Only when wisdom and politics unite! This is the purpose of this Penance.
Wise ones are advocating to work towards the welfare of the world. Politicians are proclaiming the need for peace. Only when they come together, combining intellect and sakthi (potential), can we achieve karma yoga or duty to foster happiness and peace.
In the past, for every king, there was a Raja-Guru who selflessly worked for the welfare of the world, making numerous amendments for the people.
In this penance, we have raised the flag symbolizing the union of politics and wisdom.
